WHAT I CAN HELP WITH

There are many reasons why people seek therapy. Whether it is only a vague sense of something not being right, a difficult memory or feeling that won't go away, a desire to make a robust change or trying to make sense of life when a change has been thrust upon you, I will support you on the way and we will go at your pace.

Choosing to start counseling isn’t always easy, even when we know it could benefit us. To help you explore whether therapy feels right for you, I offer a free 15-minute telephone or video consultation. This allows us to discuss what brings you to therapy and gives you a chance to ask any questions.

If we decide to work together, we will meet weekly at the same time and day until our work is complete. Each session lasts 50 minutes from the agreed start time. Depending on your needs and goals, therapy can be either fixed-term or open-ended.

I offer both online and in-person sessions, with some evening availability for those with busy schedules.

 

​Therapy can be a powerful process, but not every therapist is the right fit for every client. It is important that my approach aligns with your needs and goals. If we decide that working together may not be the best way forward, we can explore alternative support options.
